LONDON, Oct. 16, 2024 – Following the fulfillment of applicable precedent conditions and the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, Wamos Air, a global leader in wet lease aircraft services, is now part of the Abra Group. This transaction was completed in accordance with the agreement reached in May between the Abra Group and Wamos Air.

Like Avianca and Gol, current members of the Group, Wamos Air will continue—just as it has for over 21 years—to maintain its leadership, brand, talent, teams, culture, and operations, serving dozens of clients around the world independently, while benefiting from greater efficiencies and scale by joining the Abra Group.
