Enter Air and TUI Beteiligungs have submitted an application to Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection to establish a joint venture that will provide aircraft lease and charter services.

The application was received on 11 August 2023, and the case is pending.

The registered office of the JV will be located outside of Poland.

TUI Beteiligungs GmbH is a holding company belonging to a capital group headed by TUI AG.
